Self Aid Sunday

We’ll discuss emotion regulation, self discovery, distress tolerance, and all that good stuff that makes sitting with your thoughts a little more bearable. Active participation in groups is not required but encouraged. If you’d rather just tune in and listen, that’s a-okay. Excited to exchange ideas with you all!
